Description
Introduction to Human Resources Two-Day Course
Human Resources are fundamental to all organisations and, as a result, the profession offers a wide range of career opportunities.
This introductory course explores best practices in recruiting and selecting employees, and the key to training and developing employees’ skills and experience. It provides a strong overview of appraisals from both HR and employee perspectives, and covers management theories such as employee motivation, teamwork, and the relationship between staff and management.
The second day is fully practical, so participants rehearse the processes carried out in a modern HR department. The overall aim is to cover the main areas of Human Resources and demonstrate HR’s crucial role in the workplace.
